About me
Eric Adams serves as assistant head of school for external relations at Lipscomb Academy in Nashville, TN, where he leads fundraising, community partnerships, and external engagement. His career in development and nonprofit leadership also includes roles with the Nashville Symphony, YMCA of Middle Tennessee, and Franklin Road Academy. Eric is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Leadership and Policy at Lipscomb University, with research focused on nonprofit board effectiveness and recruitment.
