Ed Martin has more than 25 years of experience in leadership and donor-centered fundraising roles. He served as chief fundraising officer and CEO in youth-serving nonprofits across the Southeast before joining the Bolles School in Jacksonville, FL as a major gifts officer in 2021. He currently serves as assistant head of school for institutional advancement at Brookstone School in Columbus, GA. In this role he collaborates with donors, faculty, trustees, and members of the advancement and strategic planning committees. He also leads a talented six-member team overseeing enrollment, marketing and communications, annual giving, and alumni relations in support of more than 800 students and their families.
Ed serves as the school’s major gift officer, providing leadership for a $35M comprehensive capital campaign. He earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Public Relations and Marketing from the University of Florida and holds the Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE) credential.
