Amanda Lucas is assistant head of upper school for teaching & learning at The Lovett School in Atlanta, GA, and a doctoral candidate at the University of Pennsylvania's Graduate School of Education. Her research focuses on enrollment prediction, decision science, and the ethical dimensions in independent school admissions.
