About me
Alex Winnicker, director of enrollment management at The Webb School in Bell Buckle, TN, has dedicated his life to matching students with transformative educational experiences, starting with NCAA Division III athletics recruitment and evolving into record-setting enrollment leadership at day, boarding, and international schools nationwide.
He has given a TedX talk on Compassion and Civility in education, presented at conferences across the United States, as well as conducted numerous interactive sessions with a variety of organizations centering on leadership development, communications, conflict, and other topics.
He is a graduate of Penn State University (BA), Endicott College (M.Ed.), and Kean University (MA).
